Due to a high volume of orders at this time, please allow an additional 7-14 days for processing & delivery time.
International Orders: Due to Covid 19, there will delays in shipping. Also please note, we are NOT responsible for any issues/delays that may arise due to customs as they have tighten regulations for shipping into each country. Please allow an additional 7-30 days for processing & delivery time.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges
Can I change the shipping address or make changes for my order? Unfortunately, we are unable to edit shipping address or products once an order has been placed. We can cancel your order and you will need to place the order again
I got an email that I got a refund. What does that mean? Occasionally, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is currently out of stock. You will be issued a refund for the missing item(s).
Any order(s) that comes through that has been marked as an “Fraud Alert” by Shopify or PayPal, our system will automatically refund your order.
Customers with any previous dispute will be ban from making future purchases.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. Please contact your local USPS or UPS for further information regarding your package.
If you still have not received your package after 1-2 business days from date of delivery, please contact USPS or UPS to report a lost package and open a case and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package with the courier
We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit. There is no refund for shipping fees.

International: Processing time is 1-4 business days. Orders will ship within 14-17 business days via USPS or UPS
Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our store we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that “OH SNAP BEAUTY SUPPLY” will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.
THERE IS NO REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES IF ITS REFUSED BY BUYER.
COLORS: As all colors appear differently on different screens, different lighting, different swatches, and different skin tones and much more. We recommend all customers to look up swatches of colors and product reviews on @sugarandcream or @ohsnapbeautysupply. Customer takes full responsibility knowing what they are purchasing. We cannot accept returns or exchanges because you did not like the color/product
By purchasing any of our products the buyer assumes all responsibility for its use. Please understand that some of our products could be a choking hazard, and are not suitable for small children. We are not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur incidental to any product of, or related to “OH SNAP BEAUTY SUPPLY”. We reserve the right to refuse service.
